The characteristics of this casing are its firm texture and smoothness. Of pearly-white color, it is perfect for all kinds of fresh sausages We obtain the following qualities: |

Quality A: without holes or sparks. It can be cooked (Vienna sausage) and is good for big production of fresh sausages. It can be easily chained onto the automatic tier.
Quality A/B: It has some sparks and small holes. It is used mainly for fresh sausages. It is perfect for medium production of fresh sausages. It is good for serial production.
Quality B: small but continuous holes. It is used mainly in butcheries and small production of fresh sausages.
Quality C: Regular size holes. It practically has no use in our country. It is used for gross grained fresh sausages.
Calibers obtained are the following:
Quality A: 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26, 26/28, 28/30.
Quality A/B : 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26, 26/28, 28/30.
Quality B : 18/20, 20/22, 22/24, 24/26, 26+.
Quality C : 20/+, 22/+.
Presentation of these products is in: Salted Hanks, individually of 80 or 50 meters. They can be dispatched either in barrels, buckets or vacuum packed.
