Shorton integrals are elaborated with first-quality specially selected natural spices and raw materials to give the finished products the typical flavor of each type of sausage.
The manufacturer can have reliable products for seasoning its products always with the same final flavor. However, Shorton Argentina is glad to listen to their suggestions to develop tailor made products and develop specific flavors.
Our integrals have been developed for use at a rate of 4 KILOGRAMS each 100 KILOGRAMS of stuffed material.
We recommend sprinkling the integrals on the stuffing material and then mix them together; the dose to be used should take into account the total amount of kilograms of paste including liquids (water, wine, vinegar, etc.) according to the products being prepared and each producer’s costumes
